What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a research-focused role where I can develop interpretable deep learning systems—especially for computer vision and genomics—using modern frameworks, collaborate on publishable results, and keep learning from strong technical teams.

I am a PhD Candidate in Artificial Intelligence, building interpretable computational frameworks that connect Manifold Learning, DNA Language Models, and Graph Attention Networks for CRISPR-Cas off-target prediction and optimal sgRNA design pattern extraction.

My work also advances hybrid deep learning for medical image analysis and photonic crystal hotspot detection, with a research focus spanning computer vision (semantic segmentation, object detection, self-supervised learning) and interpretable AI (XAI). I collaborate through research publications and serve as an ad-hoc reviewer while mentoring others through curriculum design and student research guidance.
