What I'm looking for

I seek HR or administrative roles where I can improve processes, ensure compliance, support recruitment, and contribute to employee engagement within a collaborative, growth-oriented organization.

I am a Public Administration graduate from the University of Dhaka with strong academic grounding in organizational management, policy analysis, and administrative systems. I combine this foundation with practical training in user experience design, data handling, and Excel efficiency.

In professional practice I have managed administrative records, HR documentation, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance while directing creative and branding projects for a family-run accessories business. I founded and managed two small ventures, designing branding, marketing campaigns, and operational systems to improve production and sales.

My research work includes a field study on citizens' expectations for urban green space in Dhaka, where I collected and analyzed primary data and produced recommendations for inclusive urban planning policy. I also bring hands-on experience with event coordination, vendor communication, and employee records management from leadership roles in university clubs.

I work with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, SPSS, Stata, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Canva, and Notion to streamline reporting, data analysis, and creative deliverables. I am committed to contributing to HR and administrative functions with an emphasis on efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement.
