I am a motivated business graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bangladesh Open University, where I majored in Management. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in business principles, and I graduated in 2020 with a CGPA of 2.90. I have a keen interest in furthering my education, particularly in pursuing a Master’s degree to enhance my analytical, managerial, and strategic skills.

Currently, I serve as an Administrative Officer at Kaynat Properties, where I supervise and lead divisional staff to achieve operational targets. My role involves coordinating recruitment and staff development activities, implementing strategies to streamline administrative processes, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. I am passionate about leadership dynamics in property management and organizational development, and I strive to contribute positively to my workplace.
