At HM Revenue and Customs, I lead forecasting and performance analysis across a c.£100bn annual financial portfolio, turning scenario analysis, risks and assumptions into clear advice for senior decision-makers. I led reviews of a £14.9bn forecast gap and a c.£50bn strategic assessment, and identified a £1.2bn financial risk before it informed senior decisions.
I've also led compliance modelling and analytics teams, improved resource-allocation evidence, and consolidated four forecasting and costing processes into one framework that reduced processing from hours to minutes. My work combines financial modelling, performance analytics, governance and analytical leadership, supported by advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, R and SAS.
