I’m looking to apply my analytical, communication, and computer skills to strengthen compliance, safeguarding, and data-driven decision-making—while improving efficiency through accurate reporting, GDPR-aware records, and reliable internal audits.

I am a senior year Economics student at Daystar University with a strong foundation in economic analysis, strategic thinking, and compliance administration. I’m experienced in data handling, regulatory compliance monitoring, GDPR-aware record management, and safeguarding awareness, with a focus on improving efficiency, safeguarding standards, and decision-making.

In my current role as a System Compliance Administrator at MMR Homecare, I maintain compliance trackers in Microsoft Excel, monitor compliance deadlines for staff records and training, and ensure alignment with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and internal policy frameworks. I also handle sensitive staff and service-user data in line with GDPR, support onboarding by verifying Right to Work documentation, assist internal audits and CQC compliance reviews, and coordinate corrective actions with management and HR.
