I also supervised recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management for operational staff.

Previously, I supervised high-volume retail operations at Wine Nation and led a team of more than 15 employees while managing stock replenishment, monthly audits, customer escalations, and compliance standards.

My experience also includes guiding clients through property investments at Landwey Investment Ltd and building customer loyalty through sales and customer service roles at Wine Nation and OPPO Mobile.
