At Khomp, I own reliability and high availability for hybrid environments supporting mission-critical voice and telecom operations. I built reusable Terraform modules and custom providers in Go, and automated device onboarding from NetBox registration through Ansible configuration to Zabbix monitoring.

At BrasilNET Telecomunicações, I led the creation of an Infrastructure-as-Code ecosystem and built monitoring with Zabbix, NetFlow, and Grafana to reduce incident detection time. Earlier, I built Python tools for telecom diagnostics and designed a Network Access Management Center at Conecta W Telecom / Webby Internet.
