At Encora (remote) I optimize network configurations and orchestrate inter-cloud communication pathways, using AWS VPC, GCP Networking, Terraform, and Docker.
Before that, at Instituto Atlantico (contingent at HP), I led infrastructure development and CI/CD workflow enhancements, including observability pipelines with Splunk and GitOps practices with containerized workloads.
