At iFood, I’m the sole FinOps practitioner serving the entire engineering organization, turning cloud cost data into strategic decisions. I manage commitments, allocation, governance, and optimization across AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud, and Azure.
I’ve driven a 53.2% compute effective savings rate, cut a major observability integration cost by 43%, implemented 99%+ resource tagging, and built platforms and dashboards that make efficiency opportunities visible across iFood. I also lead FinOps for AI and AI for FinOps initiatives, including ROI dashboards and AI-powered anomaly detection with Slack alerts.
Before iFood, I architected cloud infrastructure and applied FinOps practices at Grupo DPSP and Globo, including the Globoplay migration to GCP. I bring hands-on experience across cloud engineering, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, automation, and full-stack development.
