I’m looking to contribute to a dynamic team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and continue growing in an English-speaking professional environment.

At ROYAL SKATE SHOP, I managed daily operations in the physical store and the brand’s online presence, working to keep the customer experience consistent across both channels.

I assisted clients in person and through digital platforms with product selection and tailored recommendations. I also managed inventory and organized warehouse operations to support product availability and efficient store performance.

Through freelance graphic design and six semesters of Graphic Design studies at FUNDACION UNIVERSITARIA DEL AREA ANDINA, I developed experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Ilustrator, Adobe lightroom, and Canva. I’m interested in contributing to a team that values customer service and lets me continue growing in an English-speaking professional environment.
