I've spent the past three years supporting customers and daily sales at a family-owned retail business in Barranquilla.

I handle customer questions, process sales, and help keep the point of sale organized and efficient.

I'm also responsible for cash register opening and closing, basic inventory control, and day-to-day store operations.

While studying International Business at Universidad de la Costa, I'm pursuing remote opportunities where I can learn quickly, contribute from day one, and continue improving my English toward B2.
