I've processed end-to-end motor and non-motor insurance claims at Cannon General Insurance, using Excel to verify, analyze, and clean claims data for accurate reporting.

I coordinate settlements, update records in DocuWare, liaise with co-insurers and re-insurers, and help control claim costs while maintaining regulatory and service standards.

Previously at APA Insurance, I analyzed claims schedules, maintained claims reserves, reconciled paid invoices, and processed client and service-provider payments. At NACHU, I built Excel forecasting models, analyzed financial data, prepared financial reports, and supported project and investment viability assessments.
