What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead frontend delivery on impactful digital platforms, combining React and Next.js engineering with team development, reusable architecture, accessibility, and close cross-functional collaboration.

At Tangent, I lead frontend development across complex builds, progressing from IC to team lead on £1m+ projects.

I work with Product, Design, Backend, QA and Client Services to ship under tight deadlines, while setting frontend strategy, maintaining design systems, and improving developer workflows. I advocate reusable architecture, automation, shared components, design tokens and CI tooling to standardise quality and speed delivery.

I mentor junior and mid-level engineers, contribute to career paths and feedback rhythms, and have built internship programmes covering curriculum, mentorship and evaluation.

Previously at BPL Marketing, I delivered branded websites and introduced headless React and Next.js architecture with SSR and SSG for performance and SEO. My earlier creative development work included HTML5 campaigns, emails, motion assets, and campaigns for Huawei and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.
