At Tiki Tacos, I designed, developed, and maintained the website and online ordering flow, including the frontend, backend, OTP authentication, and Telegram order notifications. I also managed deployment on a VPS using Docker and Traefik; during the monitored period, the online channel handled about 70–80% of orders.
Through Mindral and personal projects, I prototype software and automations for small and medium-sized businesses, and research efficient language-model training and inference. My projects include a C++ machine-learning framework, a local LLM inference runtime, and a Greek-language dataset and model.
