What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote content operations or content management role with a team in the US, UK, EU, or Australia, where I can run reliable editorial pipelines, manage quality gates, and support high-volume publishing.

I ran the content pipeline at Chalant Ventures, moving articles from briefs through review, revision, and publication across career-guidance and trade-education sites. At peak, I managed a queue of up to 40 articles a week while serving as the final editorial and on-page SEO gate.

I briefed and managed freelance writers, enforced house style, maintained content tracking in Google Sheets and contributor records in a CRM, and published in WordPress and CloudCannon. I also monitored build errors, coordinated with developers, and handled title tags, headings, internal links, alt text, affiliate links, ad placement, outreach, and content planning.

Since 2012, I've supported international publishers, niche site owners, and agencies with keyword research, content calendars, briefs, copywriting, content audits, and internal linking. I approach editorial operations like a production line: managing throughput, bottlenecks, quality gates, and clear status for every item in the queue.
