At Sri Lanka Telecom Mobitel, I managed the Customer Experience System project and the development of a Service Outsource Management platform.
I led technical project management for Mobile Value-Added Service Systems, Operation Support Systems, and NFVI cloud-based service deployments across company expansion projects. I also managed internal development of SMSC, MMSC, alarm monitoring, and automated status dashboard systems.
As operations owner of Voice Core, Roaming, Messaging platforms, OSS, and the SMS firewall system, I worked on network operations and maintenance, system performance, and peak-load planning. I also managed three SMS firewall deployments and migrations.
Earlier, at Arthur C Clerk Institute for Modern Technologies., I researched and implemented microcontroller-based systems for industry and security applications. My career objective is to apply and develop my capabilities for the benefit and progress of the institution I serve.
