For OneSys Consulting, I delivered a full platform replacement for a leading Australian ERP provider on budget in 25 months, against an expert forecast of 48. I assembled the 20-person team across two countries and made core architecture decisions with the client's executives.

At QuantaCom IT, I re-baselined the Ministry of Justice MIS before build, securing stakeholder agreement and enabling module-by-module releases. The workflow automation cut approval time by 75%.

Earlier, at MyPOS Software Solutions, I directed the 60-day national Connect.ME rollout for the Ministry of Health and State Pharmaceuticals Corporation. As a hands-on engineer, I also led backend development and architecture for the John Keells POS rollout across 140+ outlets, including its SAP integration.
