At Zlick, I lead engineering across fintech, payments, publisher monetization, and support automation platforms, embedding AI throughout discovery, development, testing, operations, and customer support.

Previously at Sendoso, I helped grow ARR from $10 million to $40 million, scaled engineering from 35 to 75 engineers, and helped build engineering and InfoSec teams across the US and Ireland. I also led a monolith-to-event-driven microservices migration using Kafka to scale order processing 10x.

As Sendoso’s Director of Engineering, I built the foundational teams and services for infrastructure, platform, frontend, security, production support, QA, order management, payments, and integrations. I helped grow the engineering organization from one engineer to 35 and the business from zero to $10 million ARR.

I’ve also led engineering and DevOps/SRE organizations at PikesSoft, built scalable Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, and Vue products for UpMail Solutions, Gleanin, and JRNI, and established CI/CD and AWS infrastructure. I focus on hiring and growing strong teams, practical architecture, AI-driven workflows, and measurable engineering outcomes.
