What I'm looking for

I'm looking for work where solid engineering and thoughtful leadership make a measurable impact, building teams and systems that scale alongside the product.

At Kodesinc, I lead engineering teams and build AI-powered SaaS products from early concepts into stable, production-ready systems. I stay close to architecture, delivery, technical decisions, and team direction to help products move quickly without sacrificing quality or scalability.

I've delivered full-stack work for PrintFriendly, Rhino, and PakWheels, using Ruby on Rails, React, and TypeScript. At PakWheels, I upgraded Rails from 3.2 to 6.1, improved Elasticsearch queries by up to 300ms, and built cache invalidation, warmup, testing, and SEO capabilities for a classified app with millions of active users.
