I'm looking to build reliable automation, integration, and AI-assisted workflows where I can improve critical processes, strengthen technical standards, and deliver measurable operational value.

I've delivered 50+ automation solutions for critical banking and enterprise processes, reducing more than 3,600 staff hours annually and generating over USD 27,000 in operational benefits. At Banco Davivienda El Salvador, I automated credit evaluation, disbursement, and credit-card request workflows across enterprise systems.

I'm currently designing and maintaining Power Platform, RPA, C#, SQL, and SharePoint Online solutions at C. Imberton, while supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation activities. I combine automation engineering, systems integration, ETL, production support, and technical leadership, and I'm strengthening my work with Generative AI and intelligent automation.
