As an Associate, I provide legal advice on employment and data protection matters, manage disputes, and conduct due diligence investigations to ensure compliance with legislation.

As a Senior Specialist Employee Relations Consultant, I assist in managing complex projects and build key stakeholder relationships. My role includes advising on retrenchments, developing employee handbooks, and managing disputes in the CCMA and Labour Court.

As a Candidate Attorney, I managed CCMA and Labour Court disputes, prepared legal documents, and advised clients on employment-related issues, gaining valuable experience in the legal field.
