I am a dedicated Junior SQA Engineer with a strong foundation in software testing and quality assurance. Currently, I work at Dynamic Solution Innovators (DSi), where I test product features, write comprehensive test cases, and collaborate with development teams to ensure the delivery of bug-free products. My commitment to improving software testing processes has significantly enhanced product quality and performance.

Previously, I served as a Technical Support Executive at Programming Hero, where I resolved complex user issues and collaborated with various teams to provide effective solutions. My experience as a Junior Game Developer at GameSeeder allowed me to develop social awareness games, showcasing my ability to blend creativity with technical skills. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Jahangirnagar University, where I graduated with a CGPA of 3.62.
