I’m a Project Manager focused on end-to-end delivery for client-facing, multi-stakeholder projects across agency and MNC environments. I bring strong capability in vendor coordination, quality governance, and stakeholder reporting—so teams can deliver with clarity and confidence.

In my current role at Charlesworth Author Services, I lead end-to-end international B2B and B2C projects while balancing execution with client servicing. I act as a primary SPOC for clients, vendors, and internal teams, driving communication, expectation alignment, and fast issue resolution.

I also own SPOC responsibility for Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), handling weekly reporting, escalations, vendor coordination, and critical delivery matters. I manage key academic and publishing accounts including Academy of Management (AOM) and Chinese Medical Journal (CMJ), overseeing projects from intake to final delivery.

Earlier, as a Project Coordinator at Appinly Privative Limited, I coordinated creative and digital delivery by managing workflows, tracking timelines and dependencies, and aligning designers, illustrators, and internal stakeholders. I built structured status updates for management and proactively resolved issues through consistent follow-ups.
