At FAMRO LLC, I turn early-stage ideas into scalable, production-grade solutions. I lead architecture, product development, and cloud strategy, and currently lead a distributed team of 15+.

At FAMRO, I delivered SaaS products using serverless architecture and launched a crypto-oriented fintech platform with AI dashboards and investment insights. I also developed an AI agent platform for sales and support workflows.

At HBL - Habib Bank Limited, I led strategic digital banking initiatives, including deployment of Pakistan’s first instant payments system by the central bank. I also worked on digital lending workflows and initiatives supporting digital remittances.

Earlier at NexDegree, I drove technology strategy and operations for a micro-loan fintech platform using mobile usage analytics. My work there also included expanding the ML and data science team and building an analytics function.
