What I'm looking for

I’m seeking opportunities in ERP systems, data or business analysis, CRM solutions, software development, IT project management, or digital transformation, where I can apply and further develop my technical and business expertise.

At Arcsen, I gained hands-on Salesforce development experience through a six-week program. I analyzed business requirements and user stories, designed Salesforce solutions, and built automation using Flow Builder and Apex.

For my Bachelor thesis, “Artificial Intelligence in Accounts Payable,” I explored how machine learning, natural language processing, and robotic process automation could improve the accounts payable process. I developed an AI-based prototype focused on automating its main processes.

At the German University in Cairo, I worked on the GUC Internship System for the GUC SCAD Office using provided user stories, and on an IT project management system for scheduling and ticketing a university football tournament. I’m also currently tutoring university and IGCSE students in accounting.
