I’m a Data Analyst focused on transforming data into actionable insights that support business decisions. I combine analysis, visualization, and automation to improve performance and drive operational efficiency.
In my recent work, I analyzed employee performance data and supported compensation and bonus design for Contact Center and PA/PX teams. I also automated tracking by using Google Sheets to update stock automatically when items arrive or leave, saving time and reducing errors.
I use visualization techniques to turn complex data into clear reporting. I’ve built interactive dashboards with Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel, including marketing data exploration to identify trends and support decision-making.
Alongside analytics, I’ve worked on systems and applications. I digitized an EPROM system using Oracle APEX, and I’ve contributed to Oracle APEX–based EPROM performance analysis using student emotions (facial, speech, text) and grades.
