At Hatchproof, I built and own an agent system used by 1,000+ people. It combines persistent memory, scheduled workflows, customer-tool integrations, and an evaluation system that helps prevent production regressions.
I also built voice AI recruiter and survey experiences, including conversation flows that handle interruptions and follow-up questions. I work directly with enterprise customers on demos, onboarding, hiring use cases, and custom APIs.
I created and lead OpenVoiceChat, an open-source library for natural, interruptible LLM voice conversations. I built its speech pipeline and connected speech-recognition, speech-synthesis, and LLM providers behind one interface.
At AIOapp (AIOAPP Inc.), I built the speech layer for a hands-free voice ordering device, including wake-word detection and speaker diarisation. At AI Research Lab, FAST NUCES Islamabad, I trained Urdu speech-to-text models and fine-tuned TrOCR for Urdu handwriting recognition.
