I’m a motivated B.Com graduate with practical experience in sales operations, customer handling, cash management, billing, and daily reporting. I’m responsible, communicative, and focused on keeping day-to-day workflows accurate and efficient.

In my Sales Executive role at Vikash Telecom, I managed daily sales activities and customer relations. I handled cash transactions and billing operations, maintained sales records, and prepared Daily Sales Reports (DSR) using Tally Prime and MS Excel. I also coordinated workflow and customer service operations to support consistent service quality.

Before that, as an Assistant Manager at a family restaurant, I supported daily restaurant operations and customer handling. I prepared Daily Sales Reports (DSR), maintained daily cash records and sales entries, and coordinated with staff for smooth workflow. I helped resolve basic customer issues and kept operations running reliably.

I bring strong MS Office and Tally Prime skills, along with clear communication and team coordination. I’m looking to continue delivering accurate reporting, well-managed billing/cash processes, and strong customer experiences while growing with a supportive team.
