At CSG International, I develop test plans and test cases, execute manual and automated tests, and identify quality risks across product releases.
I work closely with developers and product managers in Agile ceremonies, using JIRA and Azure DevOps to document, track, and drive defects through resolution. I also maintain test environments and keep test cases, plans, reports, and regression suites current for team-wide reference.
Before moving into testing, I built software with the Informatics Community Engagement Project, designing algorithms, integrating components, debugging systems, and gathering user feedback for improvements.
I'm ISTQB Foundation Level certified and bring experience across functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing, supported by technical knowledge of SQL, Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, AngularJS, and VB.Net.
