I also investigated operational and system discrepancies, identifying approximately NAD16,000 in Expedia-related audit issues and supporting resolution of booking and reporting exceptions.
At Accenture, I prepared recurring executive KPI reports on workforce, productivity, financial performance, and operational trends. I analyzed results against business targets, investigated root causes of variances, and shared findings with operations leaders.
