What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an e-commerce or marketplace role where I can improve catalog quality, optimize listings, resolve operational issues, and support account health and sales growth.

I manage Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts end to end across five marketplaces - UK, US, DE, FR and IT.

Over the past year I have held 500+ ASINs at a 0% defect rate, restored 80+ suppressed listings to zero by rebuilding variation structures and fixing the underlying compliance triggers, and cut PPC ACoS from 55% to 30.87% in a 30-day turnaround.

Day to day: listing creation and optimisation (titles, bullets, backend keywords), flat file and bulk uploads, parent-child variation repair, browse node and category fixes, and recovery of suppressed and stranded listings. On Vendor Central I handle shortage claims, PO cancellations and chargeback disputes.
