What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote administrative operations roles, automation support opportunities, and small, clearly scoped freelance projects.

At ESTUDIO PANTUSO ASOCIADOS, I support administrative work for labor accident (ART) and traffic law cases. I handle case files from drafting and filing through case opening using official government portals and Microsoft 365.

I track active cases and file legal submissions, notices, and official communications as each case progresses. I also organize client documentation in Google Drive so records are structured and easy to find.

I handle around 30 administrative tasks a week across filings, submissions, and new case openings. Since August 2022, I've worked remotely from Italy with a team based in Argentina.

I'm developing practical workflow automation skills with n8n, starting with a use case from my work: turning incoming client documents into structured records automatically. I speak Spanish natively, use English, and am learning Italian.
