I am an experienced Administration Clerk and Operational Planning and Monitoring System Coordinator with 18 years serving within the South African National Police Services, bringing meticulous attention to operational detail and strong administrative discipline.

I have led OPAM system reporting, compiled daily/weekly/monthly operational grids and managed fleet and operational rooms across multiple shifts, while coordinating joint operations with external forces. I hold Microsoft certifications, a Data Vispol Administrator Typist certification and I am pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Project Management.

I consistently deliver accurate reports, manage data entry and lead-generation projects in construction and solar sectors, and apply strong skills in Excel, Outlook, risk management and project planning to improve operational efficiency.
