I am looking for part-time remote opportunities in technical support or customer service.

I am a bilingual IT support specialist with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and user assistance. With a degree in Cybersecurity Engineering from INTEC, I have developed a comprehensive skill set that includes resolving technical issues, supporting SaaS tools, and delivering exceptional service to both Spanish- and English-speaking users.

Currently, I am working as an IT Support Specialist at IT & Technology Group (MSSP), where I provide remote bilingual tech support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage user accounts. My previous experience as an IT Support Intern at Banco ADEM allowed me to hone my skills in managing user access and addressing malware alerts. I am passionate about leveraging my technical expertise to enhance user experiences and ensure seamless operations.
