Germán Carrillo

I’m a professional in gestión del talento humano, focused on cumplimiento normativo laboral, nómina, compensación and desarrollo organizacional. I’m currently studying Derecho at Universidad UTE, which strengthens my understanding of the legal rights and obligations that shape everyday corporate decisions.

In my career, I’ve combined HR responsibilities with legal perspective. I served as Líder/Responsable de Talento Humano at Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social (Centro de Especialidades Sur Occidental), and earlier supported Talent Human and operations work as ASISTENTE DE OPERACIONES Y TALENTO HUMANO and ASISTENTE DE TALENTO HUMANO.

I also bring experience from legal and payroll roles, including PASANTE LEGAL positions and OPERADOR DE NOMINAS at ATDI.ec. This mix of legal exposure, confidentiality, and practical people-management experience is how I help teams handle compliance, manage personnel processes, and contribute to stronger organizational performance.
