At Paragon Events, I established the company and lead its strategic direction, business development, and project delivery. I manage events from planning through on-site execution, aligning logistics, budgets, and timelines with client objectives.
At GOPA Danışmanlık, I managed work across projects including the Local Development Strategy support project, the Programme for New Era for Statistics, and TUYEP. My responsibilities included coordinating project activities and stakeholders, organizing events and meetings, and supporting reports and terms of reference.
At MG Communication Strategy Agency, I managed projects ranging from event coordination for a twinning project across seven cities in Turkey to participant travel and workshop logistics for IPCC, involving participants from 16 countries. Earlier, with İzmir Cumhuriyet Ideal Leo Club, I wrote and ran social responsibility projects, organized events, and prepared budgets and financial reports.
