What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a finance role where I can own month-end close, VAT/PAYE compliance, auditor support, and cash/reconciliation reporting, while improving processes in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

I take full responsibility for the finance function across the business, managing day-to-day finance operations including invoicing, payments, and bookkeeping. I run daily cash control and reconciliations, prepare month-end and year-end close processes, and act as the primary contact for external auditors while responding to audit queries with strong attention to detail.

I bring a highly organised, methodical approach to VAT compliance (including Margin Scheme and EC Sales Lists), support tax computations with external advisors, and maintain general ledger and balance sheet integrity. I’ve also built my foundation through accounts payable/receivable, credit control, multi-currency transactions, and payroll administration—using tools like Xero, QuickBooks online, Excel and MS Office—so I can prioritize work, handle tight deadlines, and improve processes in a fast-paced environment.
