Building the MVP backend end-to-end as founding backend engineer: an event-driven microservices platform for monitoring elderly people's wellbeing and daily activity, architected with Domain-Driven Design and clearly separated bounded contexts.

Design and facilitate structured 8-week group programs, demonstrating strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills alongside engineering work.

Built backends and REST APIs for small-business and research clients using Python (Flask), Redis and SQLite, integrating with jQuery-based frontends. Developed a backend for a remote experiment-management system, automating configuration, data collection and result aggregation.

Developed and maintained big-data processing pipelines using Scala, Spark and Hadoop for internal analytics. Built data marts and a CLI tool for an internal Airflow-like scheduler, improving job monitoring and reliability.

Developed a credit-scoring web service and a reusable scoring library for microfinance institutions using Java, Spring (Spring JDBC) and Hibernate. Designed and maintained integrations with external data providers, with functional and integration test coverage for critical paths.

Contributed to a production Android face-recognition application, combining mobile development with image-processing and computer-vision work.

Completed Java and Android Development training at Interbit Training in 2016.
