What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve GMP-compliant manufacturing operations, using cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and audit readiness to support high-quality biologics production.

At Merck, I lead cross-functional teams supporting Hepatitis A vaccine manufacturing, ensuring GMP, FDA, and quality compliance while meeting production demand.

I support drug-substance production through cell expansion and alum adsorption knowledge, and I developed a sample-management tracking system with site leadership to improve operational visibility and execution.

I've managed digital inventory optimization to reduce IPT material costs and improve warehouse workflow efficiency. I also collaborate with quality, EMU, and site leadership on internal and external audits using the VAQTA process map.

Previously, I streamlined VAQTA operations through sample-data management, filter-data reconciliation, quality-notification reduction, and CAPA support. My hands-on biological manufacturing experience includes aseptic workflows, centrifugation, pipetting, spectrophotometry, filtration, and fermentation.
