At Fortis Life Science and Bethyl Industries, I lead manufacturing operations supporting antibody discovery programs, partnering with executive leadership on scheduling, budgets, resource allocation, and operational priorities.

I prepare client-facing data packages, timelines, presentations, and project updates while coordinating cross-functional work, contracts, employee assignments, and deadlines. I also support SAP and D365 workflows across manufacturing and project activities.

I build operational structure through GLP-aligned SOPs, cell-documentation procedures, quarterly budget planning, team discussions, performance reviews, and process improvements across sites.

Previously at WuXi AppTec, I conducted and documented cell-culture and cell-based assays using HEK, CHO, and MDCKII cell lines, trained new scientists, maintained laboratory operations, and supported qPCR assays. My biology background also includes specimen accessioning, quality-focused documentation, and laboratory compliance.
