I am a senior IT infrastructure and backup specialist with over 20 years in IT and more than 15 years focused on Backup and Data Protection, supporting mission-critical, enterprise-scale environments and ensuring data availability, reliability, and business continuity.

My experience includes large-scale migrations, incident and problem management, SLA-driven operations, and hands-on work with IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM), NetBackup and Rubrik CDM, as well as foundational virtualization and automation knowledge.

I have led recoveries in high-severity incidents, received multiple recognitions for resolving critical incidents, mentored junior analysts, and consistently delivered capacity planning, monitoring, and executive reporting to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
