What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level remote customer support, administrative support, or operations assistant role.

At Food Villa & Grills, I welcomed customers, responded to enquiries, and supported daily customer service activities.

I processed cash and POS payments, assisted with customer complaints, and supported opening and closing operations.

I also helped monitor stock, maintain operational records, and prepare or assist with daily reports, communicating operational issues to management.

At See Sweet Bakery, I assisted customers with product enquiries and purchases and supported sales activities. I’m pursuing an HND in Cooperative Economics and Management at Federal College of Agricultural Produce Technology (FCAPT), Kano, and studying the Google Project Management Certificate.
