With over 2 years of experience in application support and customer success within the retail domain, I excel at aligning support efforts with business goals and improving processes. In my current role as a Senior Application Support Specialist at Enactor Ltd, I manage the support team and report directly to the Support Manager and Director of Support. I have successfully triaged client issues, provided solutions, and trained team members and clients on new products and features. My experience includes serving as the customer liaison for notable clients such as River Island Ltd and Tottenham Spurs, where I conducted service reviews to ensure optimal support.
