What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead data-driven product or project delivery, using analytics, Agile practices, requirements management, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

I'm currently directing analytical frameworks and Agile delivery for the Department of Environment (State of Maryland), using Jira, machine learning models, and mobile telematic platforms to improve partner performance evaluation.

At IBM, I managed integrated project plans across three workstreams, reduced release exposure by 18%, and built Power BI dashboards that cut weekly status reporting time by 20%. I synchronized engineering, QA, and business teams through Agile delivery and accelerated sprint completion by 15%.
