At Dance Company, I manage front desk operations and student intake across the dance studio and gymnastics sections, including registration and payments. I also welcome new dancers, run beginner sessions, and help grow the social dance community.
I supervise social dance nights, resolving issues and keeping events running smoothly. I also create promotional video content and contribute copy and editorial input to communications and promotional posts.
At HD Salon and Spa, I built an Excel customer database for client records and payment tracking, and created an automated bulk SMS system to update clients about power and water availability. I also managed front desk operations, inventory, and supply spending.
In my independent work, I teach private and small-group salsa classes using a diagnostic-led approach, and I’m building a cosplay prop portfolio with EVA foam and mixed materials. I’m also developing a salsa guide for working adults and a practice partner service for intermediate dancers.
