What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply statistics in the financial sector to support data-informed decisions.

At Universidad Nacional de Colombia, I’m completing a statistics thesis on certified exact unconditional inference for 2×2 tables, using R for verified numerical computation. I’ve also built a payroll-tax risk diagnostic that cross-checks declared income against social security contributions and produces client reports in Quarto.

My experience running businesses in retail, distribution, and metal fabrication included budgeting, cost and inventory control, and sales forecasting. I build web applications to make analyses usable, including an interactive statistical reasoning course with R exercises that run in the browser through webR. I’m looking to apply statistics in the financial sector to support data-informed decisions.
