Managed inpatient and outpatient care across major departments, performing C-sections, minor surgeries, and key procedures. Led quality improvement initiatives (e.g., neonatal resuscitation and palliative care criteria) and trained healthcare workers in chronic care and health education.

Provided general practitioner care for 20–25 dialysis patients per day, adjusting medications and monitoring labs. Led diet and self-care education and supervised nursing staff to support treatment adherence and outcomes.
