What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to recruitment and onboarding work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, where I can build welcoming, structured processes and continue growing in people operations.

At European Pirates, I onboard members and volunteers, deliver role-readiness training, and help streamline a consistent joining experience.

Previously at Jamilco Group of Companies, I supported end-to-end recruitment by sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and managing pre-employment checks. I consistently met KPIs of hiring 30 people per month and scheduling 30 interviews per day.

I'm completing a BA in Social-Economic Sciences at the University of Antwerp, combining economics, statistics, management, and data analysis with practical people-operations experience in multicultural environments.
