I’m seeking an Operations/Production leadership role where I can run high-volume workflows, improve dispatch and routing, strengthen KPI tracking and QA/QC, and lead teams to measurable service and production growth—available immediately.

I’m a result-oriented Operations Supervisor with over 11 years of international experience across Kuwait, the UAE, and India. I lead high-volume logistics and industrial manufacturing operations, combining operational discipline with technical leadership to deliver reliable results.

In my current role as Operations Supervisor (Asian Division) at Delivery Express, I oversee daily delivery operations, monitor rider performance and delivery success rates, and streamline dispatch and routing procedures to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead. I also manage daily operational reporting and coordinate with senior management to support organizational growth goals.

Previously at Morgan Advanced Materials, I orchestrated production output schedules and material issuance, earning the “Increased Production Quantity” award (June 2023). Earlier, I led setup and troubleshooting of high-precision injection molding machinery and developed preventative maintenance logs to reduce downtime and repair costs, while delivering strong customer satisfaction as a Service Engineer.
