I prepared discovery responses and document productions, maintained master discovery indexes, and assisted with subpoenas, depositions, and trial preparation. I also processed medical records requests and used PointClickCare to review records for accuracy and completeness.
I prepared appellate and U.S. Supreme Court briefs for filing, including formatting, Tables of Authorities, and final quality-control review. I also handled electronic filing, DocuSign documents, and attorney time entry in LEAP, including while working remotely.
